How long can i possibly lose in a week, or by the month, and how many calories should i consume?

i am 16, im 6 foot 2 inches, and weight about 200 pounds. I am doing things like eating two slices of pizza instead of six. I am decreasing my calories intake. I also do 40 mins on elliptical machine as well as 30 mins on bicycle, and then some weights. I do this everyday. So please let me know how many pounds i can lose, or give me tips. this is greatly appreciated.

I'm also 16, 200lb (well not anymore), but i'm only 5'5
I lost 20 lbs in 2 weeks just on the elliptical (on maximum resistance for 45 min.)
I also jog every morning which made me lose another 15lbs ( I ran 3 miles each day)
If you want an activity that is fun, then go play basketball.
I also lift wieghts
I usually do 12 bicep-curls on each arm with 20lb weights

I am asian so I eat a lot of rice
I totally eliminated rice from my diet to achieve my goal weight
You still have to eat carbohydrates though because you need a balanced diet.
I eliminated junk food from diet completely
I don't drink soda or anything fatty, just organic foods

Also sleep early so you can get up in the morning.
I usually slept at 11 o'clock but now I sleep at nine.

Now I weigh 150lbs and it took me around 3 months of hard work and determination.
