Does the weighted hula hoop really work?
I got one of those weighted hula hoop last week about 5lbs and I started doing it. The first day I started it hurt so bad I got a bruise on my hip but after 2 days, it doesnt hurt anymore. I do it for 30 mins a day and im planning to do it 5x a week. I really wanna lose my belly fat before my senior prom do you think i can lose it by that time. After i do 30 mins I usually do some ab and thigh workouts with my dumbells too. Do you guys have any other suggestions?
i also walk my dog 1 hr and a half at 3mph and i eat less too with lots of water
